From the path that leads from Domaso to the mountain village of Livo in just over 1 hour to the longest and most demanding climb up to Lake Darengo.
From the ascent to the Menaggio refuge on the western shore to the much longer (70km) Sentiero del Viandante on the eastern shore, the Alto Lago di Como is an institution in terms of hiking trails.
